On the evening of Thursday April 29th 2021, the Delftsche Studenten Aeroclub organises a symposium to celebrate the 90 year existence of the student gliding club. The theme of the lustrum is: ‘De Tijd Vliegt’, or in English: ‘Time Flies’. In line with this theme, three speakers will present innovative ideas that are taking on the skies. The speakers are contributing to these innovations and are willing to share their experiences with us.

The speakers on the symposium are:

  • Uys Jonker | CEO of Jonker Sailplanes
  • Loek Boermans | Former professor at the Technical University of Delft
  • Loris Gliner | Engineer for the Airbus Perlan Project

  • Place | Due to the current Covid countermeasures, the full event will take place in an online environment
